Configuring Search

Configuring Search

Before you configure search, identify the Process Servers and the business entity fields that you want to use for search.
  1. Configure a Process Server as the ZooKeeper and Solr servers.
  2. If you have a multiple-host deployment, enable search on the Process Server that you want to use as a Solr server.
  3. Configure the Hub Server to enable search.
  4. Configure the searchable fields.
  5. Optionally, configure the filter type for the fields.
  6. Optionally, configure the layouts to display similar records when you create a record.
  7. Restart the application server.
  8. Verify the Solr collections.
  9. Index the search data.
