Example Use Case

You are a data steward in an enterprise. You want to generate a list of practitioners who have worked with an organization that conducts approved trials of drugs for the treatment of emphysema. You might want to identify the practitioners who are currently active.
You can perform a search with "emphysema" as the string value. The
Data Director
application returns references to all the matching searchable fields within the business entities and base objects as search results. To narrow down your search results to active practitioners, you can filter the results based on the status of the practitioners.
