Step 4. Load the Resource

Step 4. Load the Resource

After you import the resource configuration into the target repository, load the resource in the target environment. When you load the resource, Metadata Manager imports the metadata from the metadata source and creates the data lineage links.
If you updated the values of custom attributes or the business names for objects in the source environment, you must also migrate the resource metadata after you load the resource. You cannot import custom attribute values or business names for the resource in the target environment until you load the resource.
If you did not If you update the values of custom attributes or business names in the source environment, the migration process is complete after you load the resource.
