Creating Legal Hold Groups

Creating Legal Hold Groups

You must create a legal hold group before you can apply a legal hold to records in the Data Vault. Legal hold groups are stored in the ILM repository.
  1. Click
    Data Discovery
    Manage Legal Hold Groups
    .
  2. Click
    New Legal Hold Group
    .
    The
    New Legal Hold Group
    dialog box appears.
  3. Enter the legal hold group name and description.
    The description can be up to 200 characters.
Apply the legal hold group to records in the Data Vault.
