Creating Retention Policies

Create retention policies from the workbench. You can also create retention policies when you create a retirement archive project.
  1. Select
    Workbench
    Manage Retention Policies
    .
    The
    Manage Retention Policies
    window appears.
  2. Click
    New Retention Policy
    .
    The
    New/Edit Retention Policy
    window appears.
  3. Enter the retention policy properties.
  4. Click
    Save
    .
    Data Archive lists the retention policy in the
    Manage Retention Policies
    window.
