Deleting Permissions for Multiple Reports

Deleting Permissions for Multiple Reports

You can delete permissions for multiple reports at one time. When you delete permissions on multiple reports, you remove all users and access roles assigned to the reports. Only the Report Admin role can delete permissions for multiple reports at one time.
  1. Click
    Data Visualization
    Reports and Dashboards
    .
    The
    Reports and Dashboards
    window appears.
  2. In the upper pane, select the check box next to each report that you want to edit permissions for. Alternatively, you can select the check box next to the name of an archive folder to select all of the reports in the folder.
  3. Click
    Actions
    Revoke All Permissions
    .
    A warning appears to ask if you are certain that you want to revoke all permissions on the selected reports.
  4. To revoke all permissions on the reports, select
    Yes
    . To cancel, select
    No
    .
