You can acquire an exclusive lock in the
Hub Console
.
  1. Click
    Write Lock
    Clear Lock
     to clear any write locks held by other users.
  2. Click
    Write Lock
    Acquire Exclusive Lock
    .
    If the
    Operational Reference Store
     is in production mode, a message appears explaining that you cannot acquire the exclusive lock.
  3. When you are finished, click
    Write Lock
    Release Lock
    .
