Manage Data Privacy

Manage Data Privacy

In the
Manage Data Privacy
page, you can view all of the Data Privacy search subjects, their corresponding actions, and their status. You can click a link to review the validation report for each search subject. If the status is "Not Executed," you can delete the search subject from the batch.

page includes the search subject that you entered in the Data Privacy search, the action that you chose to take on the records, and other details.
To run the batch jobs that you have created, you can schedule the Data Privacy Batch standalone job. For more information about the Data Privacy Batch standalone job, see Adding the Export Job to a Batch, Adding the Purge Job to a Batch, and Adding the Export and Purge Job to a Batch.
