Step 3. Assign stakeholders

Step 3. Assign stakeholders

Assign stakeholder roles to users who play a role in using, creating, or maintaining the asset. Stakeholder roles determine a user's privileges for the asset.
When a user manages an asset as a stakeholder, they have the combined privileges provided by their stakeholder role and their
Reference 360

The following video shows you how to assign stakeholders:
Assign a user as a stakeholder for an asset.
  1. Click
    Stakeholders
    .
    The
    Stakeholder
    tab opens.
  2. Click
    Add
    .
    A list appears in an empty row.
  3. In the
    Role
    list, select a stakeholder role.
    The
    New Stakeholder
    dialog box appears.
  4. Select a user name and click
    Add
    .
    The user name of the stakeholder appears in the row.
  5. Click
    Save
    .
