Listing Tasks and Workflows

The Workflow Monitor lists tasks and workflows in all repositories you connect to. You can view tasks and workflows by status, such as failed or succeeded. You can highlight the task in Gantt Chart view by double-clicking the task in the list.

To view a list of tasks and workflows by status:

Open the Gantt Chart view and click Edit > List Tasks.

In the List What field, select the type of task status you want to list.

For example, select Failed to view a list of failed tasks and workflows.

Click List to view the list.

Double-click the task name in the List Tasks dialog box to highlight the task in Gantt Chart view.
