Workflow Links

Workflow Links

Use links to connect each task in a workflow or worklet. You can specify conditions with links to create branches. The Workflow Manager does not allow you to use links to create loops. Each link in the workflow or worklet can run only once.
After you create links between tasks, you can create conditions for each link to determine the order of operation in the workflow. If you do not specify conditions for each link, the Integration Service runs the next task in the workflow or worklet by default.
Use predefined or user-defined workflow and worklet variables in the link condition. If the link condition evaluates to True, the Integration Service runs the next task in the workflow or worklet. If the link condition evaluates to False, the Integration Service does not run the next task.
You can view results of link evaluation during workflow runs in the workflow log file.
