Configure access to monitor Reference 360

To monitor Reference 360 in Operational Insights, configure access to Operational Insights for your user role.
  1. In
    Administrator
    , click
    User Roles
    .
  2. Select the custom user role to which you want to provide access for monitoring Reference 360.
  3. From the
    Services
     list on the role details page, select
    Operational Insights
    .
  4. Click the
    Features
     tab.
  5. Select
    Operational Insights - view
    .
  6. From the
    Services
     list, select
    MDM Configuration
    .
  7. Select
    Configuration and Authoring
    .
  8. Click
    Save
