External Links

External Links

The External Links component is a custom component that you can add to
Home
page layouts, additional page layouts, and record view layouts. You can create multiple External Links components. The component can display external web pages and RSS feeds.
You can display external resources, such as a Bing search page or Twitter feeds, related to records. If you use Jaspersoft, which is a business intelligence tool to develop and analyze reports, you can display the reports as external resources.
Before you add the External Links component to a layout, create the components in the Component Editor. When you create the External Links component, use an inline frame to embed an external web page or use HTML code and Javascript. After you create the component, the component appears in the Layout Designer.
