Home Page Layouts

Home Page Layouts

You can design multiple
Home
page layouts. You can create layouts that are applicable to multiple user roles or applicable to unique user roles. A
Home
page appears when you log in to
Data Director
. You can design
Home
page layouts to contain a task inbox and custom resources such as charts and social media feeds.
When you design a
Home
page, select a template that can display the components that you want. For example, to display the task inbox and charts in the
Home
page, the template must have a panel that is big enough to display the components.
The following image shows a
Home
page in
Data Director
with the Chart component and the Task Inbox component:
The sample Home page contains a task inbox and a Twitter feed.
