Reopening an Exception Issue

Reopening an Exception Issue

B2B Data Exchange can reopen an existing exception issue, for example, if multiple monitors report the same associated event. In this case, B2B Data Exchange does not open a duplicate issue. Instead, it reopens the existing issue.
When an issue is reopened, the issue attributes are updated according to the latest status of the event, the issue status is set to
Reopened
, and an appropriate comment is added to the issue.
