Error Rate Panel

Error Rate Panel

The Error Rate panel displays the ratio of error events to the total events during the selected time frame in an intuitive and graphical format. The B2B Data Exchange administrator determines the percentage of error events to display in each zone.

Element
Description
Green Zone
Low percentage of error events for the selected time frame.
Yellow Zone
Medium percentage of error for during the selected time frame.
Red Zone
High percentage of error events for the selected time frame.
Dial Indicator
Visual indication of the error events percentage for the selected time frame.
Error Rate
Actual percentage and number of error events and the total number of events for the selected time frame. You can click the link to display the error events in the
Event List
 page.
