Sending a Merge Proposal for Review

Sending a Merge Proposal for Review

After you are satisfied with the merge results that appear in the Merge Preview column, you can send the merge proposal for review.
  1. Ensure you are satisfied with the results in the Merge Preview column.
  2. Click
    Actions
    Create Merge Task
    .
    The
    Create Task
    dialog box opens.
  3. In the
    Title
    field, enter a meaningful title for the merge task.
    For example, enter
    Merge A. Joshi
    .
    The Create Task dialog box contains the details to initiate a review process with meaningful information for the reviewer.
  4. Change any default task attributes.
  5. Optionally, add comments or attachments for the task reviewer.
    The
    File Attachments
    section is available only if your IDD global properties are configured to enable attachments for tasks. For more information, see the

  6. Click
    OK
    .
A merge review process begins.
