Finding Duplicate Records from the Hierarchy View

Finding Duplicate Records from the Hierarchy View

Data tab only.
 When you open the
Hierarchy
 view from within the
Data
 tab, you can select a record and search the master data for potential duplicates of the record.
  1. In the canvas, click a record.
    The entity
    Actions
     menu appears.
  2. Click
    Actions
    Find
    Duplicates
    .
    The application searches for similar records. A new tab contains the results of the search.
  3. To return to the
    Hierarchy
     view, click the tab that contains the
    Hierarchy
     view.
