Monitoring Edge Data Streaming Nodes

You can monitor the EDS Nodes associated with a data flow in a EDS deployment in the Data Flow Monitor pane of the Monitoring tab.
You can view the following information for a EDS Node:
  • The number of EDS Nodes associated with each source service and target service. The count appears within the associated source service and target service.
  • The EDS Nodes appear as colored boxes within the source service and target service.
  • The state of a EDS Node. Click a data flow in the Data Flow Monitor pane to see if the EDS Node is active or inactive.
The following table describes the colors associated with the EDS Node count:
Color State Description
Green Indicates the active EDS Nodes for a source service or target service.
Red Indicates the inactive EDS Nodes for a source service or target service.
