Configuring Targets with Data Connection and Target Service Properties

EDS

generates values for internal properties, such as topic name and receiver type ID, and assigns them to appropriate entities. For some target service types, such as PowerCenter and RulePoint, get values for the topic name, and configure the target service to subscribe to messages on that topic.

For example,
