Using parameters in Access Policy transformations

Using parameters in Access Policy transformations

You can use parameters as a placeholder for a value or values in an Access Policy transformation. You define the value of the parameter when you configure the mapping task. To learn more about parameters, see
Using parameters in a mapping
.
Use the following types of IDs when using parameters in an Access Policy transformation:
  • The Consumer User field accepts IDs of users with the
    Data Marketplace
    Use role.
  • The Usage Context field accepts IDs of usage contexts available in
    Data Marketplace
    .
For more information on how to fetch user IDs and usage context IDs from
    Data Marketplace
, see "Manage requests, orders and consumer accesses" in the
    Data Marketplace
    help.
  • The Data Asset field accepts IDs of
    Data Governance and Catalog
    data assets.
For more information on how to fetch asset IDs from
    Data Governance and Catalog
, see "List assets in the catalog" in the
    Data Governance and Catalog
    help.
