Velocity transformation parsers

Velocity transformation parsers

The Velocity transformation uses different parsers to parse JSON and XML data.
The Velocity transformation uses the following parsers based on the type of data you want to process:
JSON data
To parse JSON data, the Velocity transformation uses the Java package org.json. The transformation passes the data that you want to process to the
JSONObject(java.lang.String source)
constructor to construct a JSONObject object within Java. For more information about the JSONObject constructor, see javadoc.io.
XML data
To parse XML data, the Velocity transformation uses the Java package org.jdom2.input. The transformation uses the SAX parser that this package provides and creates a SAXBuilder object in Java. For more information about the SAX parser, see the JDOM v2.0.6 API Specification.
