Generating output fields based on incoming fields

Generating output fields based on incoming fields

When you generate output fields based on incoming fields,
Data Integration
uses incoming field metadata to automatically create corresponding output fields. You can choose to copy all incoming fields or only certain fields.
  1. On the
    Output Fields
    tab, click
    Add
    and then select
Generate output fields based on incoming fields
    .
  2. Select the incoming fields that you want to use as the basis for output fields.
Search for specific fields by entering the field name in the find field.
  3. Click
    Select Fields
    .
Data Integration creates output fields with the same name and metadata as the incoming fields that you selected.
